Looking For a Photographer & a Videographer for DKA Conclave
 Conclave 2025 promises to be a fantastic opportunity for members to connect, learn, and enjoy themselves. This event aims to foster professional development, networking, and community-building among members. DeKAs can look forward to a variety of activities, including professional development sessions, a banquet, an archives tour, mixers for all members and alumni, a philanthropic event, and karaoke.

Conclave is all around Los Angeles from July 17-July 20, 2025.

Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographs or videos of the event, including keynote speakers, panel discussions, networking sessions, and candid moments.
- Edit and retouch photos as needed to ensure the highest quality.
- Deliver Sneak Peak within 24-48 hours (July 22)
- Deliver all photos or video footage within a month after the event.
- Collaborate with the event organizers to understand specific photography or videography needs and expectations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and interact positively with event attendees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an event photographer or videographer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in photo editing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture candid moments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Availability on the event date and flexibility to accommodate the event schedule.
