2025 DKA Awards
DKA Awards are presented at banquet during Conclave. During banquet, we will recognize the highest achieving chapters, members, and alumni who have done outstanding work in their chapters and communities.
Nominations are now open!
Nominations deadline is June 9, 2025.
Registration Deadlines & Costs:
Registration covers: 1 lunch + 2 evenings of Mixers (heavy apps included) + karaoke(21+) +
1 banquet dinner & 2 drink tickets + DKA swag & more!
There are currently five types of registrations for Conclave:
- Active Undergraduate Representative Attending Conclave & Executive Academy
- Includes all Conclave events & all EA events & hotel cost
- Active Undergraduate Representative Attending Only Executive Academy
- Includes all EA events & hotel cost
- Alumni Attending Conclave
- Includes: Thursday, Friday, Saturday programming & adventures
- Active Attending Conclave Only
- Includes: Thursday, Friday & Saturday programming & adventures
- Active or Alumni Attending One Day Of Conclave
- Includes choice of Friday OR Saturday and all activities, programming, and adventures for that day.
Introducing Group Discounts!
If 15% of an active undergraduate chapter OR 10 active undergraduate members (whichever is lower) register for and attend Conclave, each registrant will receive $25 cash back at Conclave!
This will be calculated based on registrations from your chapter. The deal runs through June 16, so gather your friends and save!
NOTE: If you are graduating in spring 2025, your alumni ticket will count towards the percentage for the group discount.
Individual Day Passes
Can't make it for the whole event? No problem! We're launching Individual Day Passes for Conclave. Join us for just one day and still enjoy the experience.
Register by June 16 for these prices:
Friday: $125
Saturday: $125
